Our team ventured to Apenheul in Apeldoorn for a unique team-building experience. Surrounded by freely roaming monkeys, we explored how their behaviors can teach us about teamwork and communication. Guided by the experts at Apenheul, we observed how monkeys collaborate, solve problems, and maintain social harmony. These insights provided a fresh perspective on our work dynamics. We saw parallels between their interactions and our daily work challenges, inspiring us to foster better cooperation and empathy within our team. We ended the day with a game of pétanque (jeule de boule), blending strategy and fun.
