Job description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Approaching new and established clients to advise and to sell our products within the assigned sales markets. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Locates, evaluates and recruits potential partners including distributors and suppliers. Supports all partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities. Commercially responsible for realizing the budgeted turnover and margin.

Some of your daily tasks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain business scope on all of our products (pork, beef, poultry, fish, fruits and dairy);
• Achieve the agreed targets within the agreed time;
• Translate new developments on the market into trade business;
• Make new contacts and grow our network of potential clients;
• Create insight into different cultures in order to better understand your international clients;
• Analyze in depth the need of the clients and be proactive in your approach, keep track of their wishes and desires and offer them the right products at the right time;
• Be a reliable partner that the clients can always count on;
• Travel on a regular base to your (potential) clients/suppliers in order to establish a strong, reliable relationship;
• Be aware of (international) legal regulations and custom regulations (safeguard import duties, general protection measures, relevant regulations to the industry);
• Analyze/ search for relevant information about the financial stability of the clients/ supplier;
• Analyze/ search for possible risks, never give credits to your clients;
• Avoid claims, have in depth knowledge on the needs and specifications on the clients/ supplier;
• Ensure that all goods are supplied and delivered timely and at the right price;
• Set up certain appointed commercial projects;
• Keep yourself posted with necessary general information on economic/political situations within the countries you are doing business with;
• Have up-to-date knowledge of statistics of our industry and share this info (import- and export figures, local production data etc.);
• Be aware of the seasonal influences of products for sourcing and sales;
• Inform your fellow team members on regular base about all relevant information regarding the assigned markets and ask them also what the market needs.


Our requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Affinity with relevant markets;
• MSC/ HBO level of working and thinking;
• Speaking or writing in Dutch is not necessary;
• Other kind of languages are very important (speaking and writing);
• Fluent in English is a must (our company language);
• Fluent in any other language is a great asset;
• Commercial attitude and an entrepreneurial mind-set;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills; confident, charismatic, positive and proactive;
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (or more) of your work time to different countries(inside/outside Europe;
• Willingness to work on non-standard working hours due to related time zone(s) of our clients.

NEEDED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
• Relevant working experience as a international trader, sales or purchaser;
• Experience with Microsoft Excel on a basic level is a must;
• At least 3 years of independent experience in export sales or international B2B sales in the agricultural sector, preferably in animal husbandry / cattle farming/ dairy.

Unburdening the Team Members Commerce by answering operational questions from customers / suppliers that do not directly link a commercial action. Solving problems and processing orders. Unburden the Team Members Commerce so that they can fully focus on the commercial activities. Learning all facets of the Commerce process so that eventually a private market could be operate independently. Without losing sight of the (commercial) interest of our business solving problems adequate for customers with their various products. Learning to become a full-fledged and independent team member Commerce.

Job description
As a Finance Administrator, you support our Finance department with all its financial activities and you are the contact person for our (international) team members for financial questions and you help them where necessary.

Als Medewerker Financiële Administratie ondersteun je de afdeling Finance met alle financiële werkzaamheden en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze (internationale) team members voor financiële vragen en help je hen daar waar nodig.

Who you are
You have several years of experience as a Financial Administrator and have a higher education degree, preferably in a financial direction. You have numerical insight, an eye for detail and are a team player who can also work independently. Even under time pressure you keep performing well and you know how to set the right daily priorities. You have a proactive attitude and the ability to effectively communicate with different functions and levels within an organization. You like the idea of working in a multicultural organization and it gives you energy to do so. Speaking and writing in English is second nature to you. Do you speak any other languages? Then this is an absolute advantage!

Some of your daily tasks
- Book and process bank statements.
- Checking and processing payments.
- Booking and checking cost invoices.
- Processing sales invoices.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Managing balance sheet items and recurring expense accounts.
- Reconciling current account balances.
- Assisting with periodic closings/reports.
- (Supporting) preparation of balance sheet specifications.

- Boeken en verwerken van bankafschriften;
- Controleren en verwerken van betalingen;
- Het boeken en controleren van kostenfacturen;
- Verwerken van verkoopfacturen;
- Debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie;
- Het beheren van balansposten en periodieke kostenrekeningen;
- Het aansluiten van rekening-couranten;
- Ondersteunen bij periodieke afsluitingen/rapportages;
- Het (ondersteunen bij) opstellen van balansspecificaties.


Our requirements
- You have a higher education degree in a financial direction.
- You have proven experience in a similar position.
- You have a good working knowledge of Excel. Knowing how to work with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
- You are proactive, solution oriented, easy to approach and stress-resistant.
- Given our international character, you have excellent language skills in Dutch and English.

Job description
As our financial controller, you advise our management team about financial and strategic opportunities and/or risks.
By setting up KPI’s and putting together monthly financial reports, you can make fair assessments on our financial progress.
You can relate these numbers back to strategies with which you advise our management team. You are aware of current legislation and make sure that your strategies are compliant with it.

Who you are
We are looking for someone who is efficient and professional, a good communicator and people-oriented.
Our company language is English; therefore, a working knowledge of the language is required. If you speak any other languages, that’s a great asset!

Some of your daily tasks
• VAT reporting and checkup;
• Monthly, quarterly, end-of-year process reporting, including some budgeting and forecasting;
• Managing personnel;
• Setting up KPI’s;
• Keeping track of the progress towards meeting KPI’s.

Our requirements
• MSC/ HBO level financial education;
• 4+ years of experience working as a financial controller;
• Knowledge of AP/AC and invoicing process;
• Masterdata knowledge;
• Comfortable with ICP transactions, group reporting (unity);
• Basic knowledge of financial statement preparation and GL reviews;
• Knowledge about INCOTERMS and revenue recognition process;
• Knowledge of Excel, feeling comfortable making reports, analyses, basic formulations, and pivots.

Preferred skills & knowledge:
• Knowledge of Microsoft NAV and PowerBi;
• Experience with CBS information and WKR;
• Basic knowledge of other VAT jurisdiction is an asset.
