Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who will be responsible for applying expertise in the field of human resources. You will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. Our successful candidate plays a key role in the success of the organization by providing guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while promoting a positive and energetic relationship between staff and management.

Who you are
You have a proactive attitude and have the ability to communicate effectively with various functions and levels within the organization. You have proven HR experience in an international commercial environment and in the same kind of role and industry. You build extensive and effective networks of contacts both internally and externally. You are a team player but also capable of working independently and have the ability to deal with a substantial workload under time pressure. You have a no nonsenses attitude and always use your common sense. Our preference is for a candidate from abroad with a Dutch HR bachelor education; this will be perfectly in line with our international team.

Some of your daily tasks:
• Recruitment, selection, appointment and introduction of our new employees;
• Formulate and manage (recruitment) job profiles;
• Management of employment contracts and contractors;
• Taking care of and optimizing personnel administration;
• Provide monthly salary administration together with an accounting firm;
• Conduct functional appraisal interviews with the managers;
• Support managers in labor disputes and dismissals;
• Take care of new / renewal of existing work permits and residence permits
• Support managers and team members in the event of (long-term) illness;
• Formulate training and development plans for team members;
• Manage personnel information system (Sympa).


Our requirements
• Dutch bachelor level in Human Resources;
• At least 2-3 years of independent HR experience in a similar international role and industry;
• Experience with a holding structure where you are responsible for several companies;
• The ability to improve/automate HR processes and drive improvement projects forward;
• Solid knowledge of HR operational items e.g. payroll, absenteeism registration, onboarding, Dutch labor law;
• Focus on (flawless) execution and ‘go-getter mentality’
• Other languages are important (speaking and writing)
o Fluent in English is a must (our company language)
o Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish Russian or Chinese is a great asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills; confident, charismatic, positive and proactive:
• A mature and professional multi-level communication partner for both internal and external stakeholders (English & Dutch):
• Self-starter and always going for the extra mile.

Our requirements
• Relevant working experience as an international trader, sales o purchase.
• At least 3 years of independent experience in export sales or international B2B sales in the dairy industry.
• MSc/HBO level of working and thinking
• Speaking or writing in Dutch is not necessary
• Other languages are very important (speaking and writing)
– Fluent in English is a must (our company language)
– Fluent in Spanish and/or French is a great asset
• A purchase network within the USA is a big plus

CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

who will be responsible for all of our (administrative) cash flow management activities. Providing financial support to the organization regarding currency transactions, creditors and debtors’ management. Support with liquidity planning and forecasting, keeping proactive contact with the various departments and points out possible risks and monitors the risk of damage.

Who you are
You have 2 till 3 years’ experience in a similar Cash Flow Management role. You have a proactive attitude and have the ability to communicate effectively with various functions and levels within the organization. We prefer if you have some financial experience in an international commercial environment and in the same kind of role and industry. You have the ability to build extensive and effective networks of contacts both internally and externally. Our requirements
• Dutch bachelor level in Finance or similar;
