Job description
Who is responsible to approach new and established clients to advice and to sell our products within the assigned sales markets. Creates monitors and revises sales leads to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Supports all partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities and of course is commercially responsible for realizing the budgeted turnover and margin.

Who you are
You have a proactive attitude and have the ability to communicate effectively with various functions and levels within the organization. You build extensive and effective networks of contacts both internally and externally. You have a significant track record of success within the dairy products industry and have a large sales network. A sales network outisde Europe, especially Middle-East and Africa. You are a team player but also capable to work independently and have the ability to deal with a substantial workload under time pressure. You have a no nonsenses attitude and always use your common sense.

Our requirements
• Relevant working experience as an international trader, sales o purchase.
• At least 3 years of independent experience in export sales or international B2B sales in the dairy industry.
• MSc/HBO level of working and thinking
• Speaking or writing in Dutch is not necessary
• Other languages are very important (speaking and writing)
– Fluent in English is a must (our company language)
– Fluent in Spanish and/or French is a great asset
• A purchase network within the USA is a big plus
• A commercial attitude and an entrepreneurial mind-set
• Analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; confident, charismatic, positive and proactive
• Willing to travel up to 10% (or more) of your work time to different countries (inside/outside Europe)
• Be able to set priorities and work on more than one task
• Self-starter and always going for the extra mile
• Willingness to work on non-standard working hours due to related time zone(s) of our clients
