Job description
You will be responsible for all of our (administrative) cash flow management activities. You will be working together with our Cash Flow Manager and will be part of a vibrant finance team. Providing financial support to the organization regarding currency transactions, creditors and debtors’ management. Support with liquidity planning and forecasting, keeping proactive contact with the various departments and points out possible risks and monitors the risk of damage.

Who you are
You have one till 3 years’ experience in a similar financial role. You have a proactive attitude and have the ability to communicate effectively with various functions and levels within the organization. We prefer if you have some financial experience in an international commercial environment and in the same kind of role and industry. You are a team player but also capable of working independently and have the ability to deal with a substantial workload under time pressure. You have a no nonsense attitude and always use your common sense.

Some of your daily tasks
• Ensuring the entire cash flow management (creditors, debtors, liquidity planning, prognosis etc.);
• Taking care of the payments;
• Support with financial analyzes, reports and checks;
• Support and contribute to financial projects;
• Support with analysis, reporting and control of possible financial risks;
• Forecasting and reporting on liquidity;
• Requesting, managing and accessing bank guarantees;
• Assessing, checking and treating Letters of Credit.

Our requirements
• Minimal HBO Bachelor level in Finance or similar;
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferable in an international (trade) company;
• Experience in Cash Flow is a pre.
• Excel knowledge on advanced level would be a great asset;
• We prefer if you have some knowledge and experience with Power BI and/or Exact Globe;
• You have analytical skills, are a self-starter and always taking the extra mile;
• Other languages are important (speaking and writing)
• Fluent in English is a must (our company language)
• Excellent interpersonal skills; confident, charismatic, positive and proactive.
