What do we expect from you?
You are familiar with the market of pork, beef, poultry, fish and fruits products or similar business scope and you are continuously seeking to create new sales via our company. You make new contacts and grow our network of potential clients. You keep track of their wishes and desires and offer them the right products at the right time that will trigger them to purchase these from us.

You purchase meat, fish and fruits products in the region and together with our worldwide local partners, globally. You ensure that the goods are supplied and delivered timely and at the right price to our global customers. Most of your work is done at our office in the Netherlands and you will be spending approximately 10% of your working hours travelling to meet clients and relations.

Your profile
You work hard to achieve your goals in a way that demonstrates common sense, persistence and reliability. You understand the significance of trust and you are a genuine and truly ambitious trader. This work requires good analytical skills and a proactive attitude. Naturally, your spoken and written English is excellent and you can use skilfully the languages which assist your work at the targeted markets. You are good in using MS Office and committed to working with our web-based supportive software and explore its advantages.

Team Member Supply Chain

What do we expect from you?

Together with the supply chain team, you are continuously seeking to create optimal solutions.  You provide accurate information to your commercial colleagues and external partners. You put all information accurately in our systems. You make sure that the goods are delivered in agreed timeframe, for the right price, with correct documentation to our global customers.

Your work is done at our office in Nunspeet, the Netherlands.

Your profile

You a have a bachelor degree, with a proven record of working in the international supply chain environment. You have at least 5+ years of experience in supply and/or production planning. You work hard to achieve your goals in a way that demonstrates common sense, persistence and reliability. This work requires good analytical skills and a proactive attitude, you have to be able to interpret and adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals. Furthermore, you have excellent conflict resolution skills and can effectively communicate with various functions and levels within the organization. Obviously, your spoken and written English is excellent. Brazilian is preferred. You are good in using MS Office (especially Excel) and committed to work with our web-based supportive software and explore its advantages.

Job description

The job provides leadership in tactical operations of the Supply Chain processes including reliable and achievable planning and distribution plans.

This role ensures that the processes are executed in a quality manner for their products and cost/service trade-off options are considered to drive continuous business improvement.

Continuously monitors the performance of production resources for their assigned product categories to ensure leading service levels while minimizing finished goods inventories.

Works with cross functional Teams (e.g. Commerce and Finance) to understand the various business needs and priorities and develops optimal solutions.

Provides direction to third party providers to achieve business objectives. Performs strategic analyses regarding planning processes, utilizing current planning tools.

This role actively manages the initiatives to drive continual improvement in supply chain support tools for further business improvement.

Key words: Day-to-day operations, Hands-on mentality, Inventory Planning and Management, Production Planning and Management, Distribution planning and Management, Support / Manage projects.

IMPORT/EXPORT MANAGER DAIRY

who is responsible to approach new and established clients to advice and to sell our products within the assigned sales markets. Creates monitors and revises sales leads to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Supports all partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities and of course is commercially responsible for realizing the budgeted turnover and margin.

WHO YOU ARE
You have a proactive attitude and have the ability to communicate effectively with various functions and levels within the organization. You build extensive and effective networks of contacts both internally and externally. You have a significant track record of success within the dairy products industry and have a large sales network outside Europe, especially Middle-East and Africa. You are a team player but also capable to work independently and have the ability to deal with a substantial workload under time pressure. You have a no nonsenses attitude and always use your common sense.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
• 
Relevant working experience as an international trader, sales or     purchase.
• At least 3 years of independent experience in export sales or international B2B sales in the dairy industry.
• MSc/HBO level of working and thinking
• Speaking or writing in Dutch is not necessary
• Other languages are very important (speaking and writing)
– Fluent in English is a must (our company language)
– Fluent in Spanish and/or French is a great asset
• A purchase network within the USA is a big plus
• A commercial attitude and an entrepreneurial mind-set
• Analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; confident, charismatic, positive and proactive
• Willing to travel up to 10% (or more) of your work time to different countries (inside/outside Europe)
• Be able to set priorities and work on more than one task

  • Experienced in the export of citrus fruits and Dutch production
  • Experienced with (some of) our trade markets China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Moldova, Europe, Middle East, New Zealand & Malaysia
  • A purchase network within South America, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco and Europe is a great asset
  • A own network that you know how to maintain and to expand
  • MSc./ HBO level of working and thinking
  • Speaking or writing in Dutch is not necessary
  • Other kind of languages are very important (speaking and writing)
